Chiropractic

The core treatment in chiropractic therapy is spinal manipulation or adjustment, where the chiropractor applies controlled force to joints of the spine or other parts of the body. The goal is to improve alignment and alleviate pain, as well as to support the body's natural ability to heal itself.

Acupuncture

TCM is rooted in ancient Chinese philosophy and the concept of balancing the body's vital energy, known as Qi or Chi, and the opposing forces of Yin and Yang using needles inserted into the skin (acupuncture), as well as other techniques including cupping, and gua sha.

Physiotherapy

Massage therapy is a hands-on manipulation of the soft tissues of the body, including muscles, connective tissues, tendons, ligaments, and joints. It is a therapeutic practice that aims to improve a person's well-being and promote relaxation. Massage therapists use various techniques to address specific issues or provide overall relaxation.
